This stylish Victorian House situated at the end of historic Park Street was named after the
Khoi-san word “Ndedema “, the name of the most superior antelope in their nature kingdom.
They believe that this holy animal represented physical and spiritual superiority, the best in their world.
With this name we honor the spirit of this majestic animal and we shall strive to offer service and quality of such excellence.
Ndedema Lodge is a peaceful haven to come back to after a day of exploring the Cedarberg mountains or other attractions.

Ndedema Lodge captures the romance of a long-gone era with attention to detail and elegance.
An English or continental breakfast is served in the elegant lounge or on the vine-covered veranda overlooking the garden.
 The lounge area with its historic bar is the perfect place to enjoy a sherry or cocktail.

Ndedema Lodge has 4 individually decorated bedrooms, two with large Victorian baths, all bathrooms fitted with baths & separate showers, air-conditioners, mini bars, m-net, fresh flowers, pure cotton bed linen, fluffy towels and bath robes.

Whilst staying at Ndedema Lodge you have the opportunity to explore the numerous historic buildings, or experience the beauty of the Cederberg mountains with various rock art and walking trails. Opportunities for fishing, water sport, bird watching and a wonder world of wild spring flowers abound. Swimming, tennis, horse riding, bowls and a host of other amenities are all close by.

TO GET HERE: Take the N7 to Clanwilliam. Turn off into the village and right into Main Road.
Continue until Main Road splits and follow Park Street to number 48.
